Sana was born and raised in Pakistan. She earned a BA in Economics and Home Economics from the Federal Government College, followed by an MA in Business Administration from Bahria University in Islamabad. She was a tutor in Pakistan teaching a range of subjects, predominantly Urdu Literature, History of Pakistan and English before moving to the UK where she has undertaken further IB Literature A training. For two years she has been an IB Mother Tongue Self-Taught teacher for students at Box Hill School in Surrey.
