Dragana is from Serbia. Where she grew up in a small town in Southern Serbia and then moved north to study  in  Nis, and then to Belgrade where she currently  lives and work.

she earned an MA in Literature and Serbian Language at the Faculty of Philosophy, Department of Literature and Language at the University in Nis, and she has done further training on Critical Thinking and Communications, Peace Building, and Serbian as a Foreign Language, and has participated in a number of conferences on these subjects.  She has spent five years in a multi-ethnic and multicultural environment on the border between Serbia, Macedonia and  Kosovo , working in Albanian school.  She has learned to value both rural and urban life.   She has recently begun working with IB students following Serbian Lit A, and has supervised a Serbian Extended Essay
